The NV (2019) Extra Brut Les Terres Roses Bouzy Grand Cru is a blend of 64% Chardonnay and 36% Pinot Noir 5% of which were vinified as red wine all harvested in Bouzy and barrel-fermented. Juicy plum and red apple feature openly on the nose of this medium pink wine. The palate is creamy and holds just a trace of salty short crust pastry. There is so much fruit here and such easy-going frothy mousse that this ends up being a joyous fruit-focused and youthful apero style that finishes with a touch of marzipan. Zero dosage.
