"A cool pure and airy nose displays notes of plum violet and spice. The middle weight flavors possess a sleek mouth feel while exuding a fine bead of minerality on the lacy focused and well-balanced finish. This is very Chambolle in character and should be approachable young."
"The 2014 Chambolle Musigny Villages has a crisp slightly leafy but beautifully defined bouquet with raspberry and cranberry leaf. It becomes more floral with time. The palate is just very clean and pure very Pinoté and very Chambolle. There is nothing spectacular here just an understated and a deceptively more-ish wine in the making."
"Medium red. Aromas of redcurrant raspberry and spices plus a musky carnal note. Sweet and supple on the palate conveying a slightly liqueur-like quality to its red berry red cherry and spice flavors. Not particularly high-pitched but has enough energy to maintain its balance."
