The Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon has an enamoring aromas of sweet caramel and vanilla comingled with floral and fruity notes as well as oak and spice. ON the palate the spirit is full bodied and warm with flavors of maple syrup brown sugar and molasses rock candy and toffee. The spicy notes evident on the palate include clove and cinammon and are well complemented by notes of roasted corn toast and raisin. The finish is medium to long with flavors of sweet caramel and butterscotch."

On the palate the nutty flavors continue backed by raisins milk chocolate dried apricots and a hint of salty pretzels blending together to create trail mix in a glass.
